• Free shipping is currently available to customers who qualify their
purchase with a minimum purchase specific to their country of shipping. A list of these countries
and all minimum purchase requirements are at the end of these policies. Free shipping is available
on STANDARD shipping only. Express shipping of any form requires additional postage.
• Unless specified, all purchases require 7-28 business days for delivery.
• Express Shipping is not available on any clothing order. At the discretion of
customer service we may attempt express mail service at the customer's request but are not responsible
for the time frame it may actually take.
• Shipping will not occur until payment and all applicable measurements/requested
information has been received. In the case of eChecks through third party payment agents such as paypal, google
checkout, etc. or USA Postal Money Orders shipping will not occur until payment has cleared bank account. PLEASE
BE ADVISED THAT WE ONLY ACCEPT US POSTAL MONEY ORDERS.
• Pardesi Services, LLC is not responsible for any item once it has left our
business. This covers any and all damage occurring during transit, lost items during transit, lost or
stolen package left at customer's address, and any other damage, loss, or theft. Insurance will be
provided on all orders valued over $25 USD, however, if damage, loss or theft occurs it will be up to
the customer to file a claim with the shipping company or their local post office within 24 HOURS from
receipt. Pardesi Services, LLC will comply with investigations conducted by the shipping company with
any information they need to conclude investigations. If the shipping company/postal office approves
your claim and issues a refund to Pardesi Services, LLC we will be responsible for passing that refund
to you. Otherwise, no refund will be issued from us regarding items lost, stolen or damaged during
shipping.
• International customers will assume the responsibility for any and all
customs/import fees regulated by your country.
• Free Shipping purchase minimum for the USA, Canada and all other countries
not listed in this policy is currently $50.00. Free Shipping purchase minimum for India is currently
$25.00
