Pardesi Services Return Policy

Pardesi Fashions strives to provide returns that are as easy and fair as possible. We are a division of Pardesi Services, LLC and are subject to the following return policies:

• All items must be returned within 15 days of the item’s receipt if refund or exchange is to be issued. Please contact us at info@pardesiservices.com with the details of your return. You will be given return instructions by response to your email.

• Items must be returned by a service that supports delivery tracking information and insurance services on all items in the return. Examples of such services are: UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance service added to the package.

• The tracking number should be kept until your refund is issued. If your return fails to arrive or is lost in transit, this tracking number should be provided to customer service. If this number can not be validated by the shipping agency (USPS, UPS, or FedEX) no refund will be issued.

• Insurance should be purchased by the customer on all return items through the shipping agency (shipping charges to you or from you can not be included in insurance). If insurance is not purchased and the returned item(s) are lost in transit, damaged or stolen it is the customer’s responsibility to meet the loss of these items and no refund will be issued.

• Item(s) must be packaged carefully for returns. If you are unsure how to pack the item (s) please contact customer support for help. They will be happy to offer some suggestions for packing carefully.

• International customers will assume the responsibility for any and all customs/import fees regulated by your country for the inital order AND for any customs/import fees charged to Pardesi Fashions for return orders by the USA.

• Items must return in the same condition it was shipped in. Pardesi Services, LLC. will be the sole judge in the item's condition. If item appears to have been worn or laundered, all refunds are null and void.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and any costs associated with it such as return shipping supplies or retail costs added to shipping charges through retail mailing services such as Mailboxes, etc.

• Original shipping is non-refundable.

• Refunds will be issued by check or paypal. If you have a preference please let us know in your correspondence. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED DIRECTLY TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BY CREDIT CARD.


EXCEPTIONS TO RETURN POLICY


• There is no refund or exchange allowed if the item has been altered in anyway, even if the original condition was defective. Please return all items in the same condition it was received in.

• There is no refund or exchange for the following items: Clothing made to custom measurements, including all Lengha Choli, Churidar, Parallel, Pant Style, Saree Blouse and Petticoats, Digital Media (CD, DVD, Audio Tape or VHS tape), Barbie Dolls, Bindi, or Jewelry for hygienic purposes. In the event that there is a defect in the custom order of clothing, a 100% refund will be issued. A defect will be classified as an actual defect in the material, stitching, or gross error in measurements by our staff. Pardesi Services, LLC will be the sole judge of the item's proposed defect or error. If the error is with the measurement provided by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility. If a media product is defective, we will replace it with a new one. Customer shall notify Pardesi Services, LLC. about any defective clothing or accessory item within 7 days of item arrival. After 7 days, no replacements or refund requests will be entertained. Customer shall notify Pardesi Services, LLC about any defective media item within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days period, no replacements or refund requests will be entertained.

• Payment must clear our account before a refund can be issued.

• If there is an error on our part original shipping and return postage are refundable. Pardesi Services, LLC will be the sole judge of this. For customers in the United States of America: If you are returning an item that you feel is defective and expect an refund for shipping costs please be advised we can only reimburse shipping if you use United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS) with delivery confirmation and insurance services added in the amount of the value of the items (shipping charges to you or from you can not be included in insurance). We can not refund the cost of shipping supplies you may purchase to return the item. Priority Mail shipping supplies are available free of charge at your local post office. Please ask a clerk at the post office for these supplies. International Customers: If you are returning an item that you feel is defective and expect an refund for shipping costs please be advised we can only reimburse shipping if you contact customer service and follow customer service's instructions in a reply email to you. The return method will vary from country to country outside of the USA and will be adhered to strictly. We can not refund the cost of shipping supplies you may purchase to return the item.
