What is a Custom Order?

A custom order on our site, is any item made to your specific measurements. Custom orders are a courtesy we offer to our customers for the following reasons:

• Due to the immense popularity of our garments, it is sometimes impossible to have all sizes in stock.
• Preset sizes do not work for everyone and/or
• A more custom fit is desired.

If you are interested in purchasing a custom order suit we strongly suggest you get in touch with us BEFORE you place your order. We want you to be happy with your suit, in fact, we want you to LOVE it! In order to make sure you will enjoy your suit as much as we have enjoyed making it, it is best to make sure we are aware of what your exact needs are. So kindly drop us an email if you are interested. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

What are the costs of a custom made suit?

While there is no preset cost for custom made suits, we will gladly give you some guidelines of what to expect. Our website is set up to accept custom made suits in a variety of general sizes. These general sizes will help us determine the amount of material your suit will require. Of course, the amount of material your suit requires will determine your price. Therefore a woman wearing a size XS will have less cost than one wearing a 5X or larger. At Pardesi Services, we want all women to feel comfortable ordering with us and we strive to provide fair pricing no matter what your size.*It is important to note that these prices on our website reflect a suit with the average production and ship time of 4-6 weeks. Please see the section below for more information about time frames.

What is the time frame I can expect for my custom made suit?

Most custom made suits will be shipped to your home address within 4-6 weeks. This time frame is often dependent on many things. First and foremost all the necessary requirements for a special order must be present before we can begin (for more on this please see the next section). Occasionally we have had a special need arise and were able to get an item out in a 3 week period. We do offer expedited service for an additional fee which will get your item to you in a 3 week period. If you need expedited service you will have to select the expedited service button on the website just as you would add another item to your shopping cart. We regret that if you need a custom made item in less than a 3 week period we will not be able to help you at this time, but hope that will change in the future.

What do I need for my custom made suit to begin?

First and foremost you will need your exact measurements. This list is rather extensive but one that we have perfected over the last few years. Please click here for the measurement guidelines. If these measurements are not provided, we will not be able to fit your perfectly.

Secondly, you will need to go over details with us about your suit such as material, color, neckline design, and embroidery.

Thirdly, you will need to tell us how you want your item to fit. Traditionally, most tops are very snug fitting in the shoulders and bust. If you want a loose fit you will have to let us know, otherwise, a snug fit will be ordered

Finally, payment has to be received before your new custom fit suit can begin.

What if it doesn't fit or I do not like it?

We hope this is never a problem for you. In fact, we have spent the past three years perfecting our methods to ensure a wonderful fit and that you will love your item!
